UPDATE: 1 STARS NOW! I cannot seem to delete the images I attached onto this review though. Today I went to have dinner here. The cavatelli in the tasting menu was foul. Lamb tasted very bitter and disgusting but I ate a 1/5 of it to thug it out and not be a brat. An hour later I had explosive diarrhea and spent an hour and a half in the bathroom in severe stomach pain. This is not good. This is not a taste issue, this is a food safety issue. Best high end restaurant in Central New Jersey. Staff are very attentive and the food is excellent and Michelin Star Level. The pasta tasted like it was hand made. The mocktails were very good.

This experience can only be described as a tour de force. Each course fascinating, and many surprises. Duck on menu, it comes five ways. Blue crab four ways. The presentation is artistic macro and micro with fine floral and herbal garnishes. I've been to a number of these paired wine dinners, and often the wine is not as good as the food. Not so here. Service knowledgeable and efficient. The whole dinner unspools like clockwork. Allow 1.75 to 2 hours. I only wish they had a much more detailed menu I could share. 20% tip included on bill.

Phenomenal, absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I came for our anniversary and had such a great time! Our server and Sommelier was an absolute joy, and a wealth of knowledge! Kept the experience fun and explained all the food/wine to us. She even took the time to explain why she used different glasses for each wine! All the food was very interesting and beautifully presented. Admittedly, a few options were a little out of the ordinary for us. But we were excited to try it all. Everything was delicious! Beyond delicious! Not even exaggerating, the scallops brought me to tears! We can't wait to go again and try the next menu when available!

Came here with friends of ours on a Friday night for their 15-course tasting menu at Element, and it was a great experience. Every course was thoughtfully curated, showcasing incredible flavors and techniques that made for a truly unforgettable dining experience. A standout for me was the prawn preparation, the chefs cleverly tempura-fried the vegetable and shrimp head, while the body was transformed into a delicate and flavorful ceviche. The caviar was another highlight, adding a luxurious touch to the meal. The Maine sea scallops were outstanding, perfectly cooked and bursting with freshness in a dill sauce. Another remarkable dish was the tuna prepared three waysβ€”as a tartare, wrapped in cabbage, and nori. Each preparation showcased the tuna to its highest potential, highlighting its versatility and depth of flavor. To finish, the Hawaiian dessert with the biscuit was one of the best single-bite desserts I’ve ever had. I took left over home for breakfast the next morning. Yummmm. The service was also impeccableβ€”each course was carefully explained by the server, adding to the appreciation behind each dish. Empty plates were promptly cleared to maintain a clean and seamless di
